These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Lofty Furnishing (“we,” “us,” “our”) via https://loftyfurnishing.com (the “Site”). By booking a service or using our Site, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Services

We offer custom delivery and installation of lofted bed frames (“Services”) at Pennsylvania State University Main Campus addresses. Each Service is 1 hour long, at a flat fee you pay in advance. Details of your booking—including date, time, and delivery address—will be confirmed in writing after purchase.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Payment is required in full at checkout to secure your installation window. Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery slot. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a scheduling fee.

3. Room Preparation & Access

You are responsible for ensuring that your dorm room is unlocked and accessible at the time of your booking. The installation area must be cleared of clutter, personal items, and debris to ensure our team has safe, unhindered access.

4. Liability & Use

Our loft frames are designed to meet standard structural guidelines for student use. However, you are responsible for using the frame in a safe manner, avoiding excessive weight limit breaches, and ensuring all safety railings remain attached during use.
