Q. Where do you deliver and install?
We deliver and install exclusively to Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) Main Campus addresses. This includes all residence halls and dorm rooms on campus.
Q. How long does installation take?
The actual assembly and installation of your cedar loft bed takes approximately 30 minutes. However, we book your appointment in a 1-hour window to account for campus navigation, checking in, and parking logistics.
Q. What sizes are the loft beds?
Our loft beds are custom designed to fit standard Twin XL collegiate mattresses. They provide a sturdy frame with exactly 38″ of clear, open storage space underneath, which is perfect for placing a desk, dresser, or sofa.
Q. Can I choose a custom color or stain?
Yes, we offer multiple handcrafted cedar finishes. During booking, you can choose Natural Cedar, Clean White, Espresso (dark walnut), or English Chestnut stains.
Step-by-Step Installation Guide
Moving into college can be stressful. We've designed our service to be as painless as possible. Here is what happens after you book:
1. Place Your Order
Select your bed style, choose your date and time slot, and check out securely. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order details, delivery window, and instructions.
2. Pre-Installation Reminder
A few days before your scheduled move-in, we will send you a text and email reminder with contact details for your assigned installation crew.
3. How to Prepare Your Room
Ensure that the area where you want the loft set up is cleared. We require basic access to the bed space to set up the framing safely.
4. Installation Day (≈30 Minutes)
Our team will arrive at your residence hall door during your chosen 1-hour window. Our installers carry all tools needed, assemble the cedar frame, position the bed, and mount your mattress.
5. Post-Install Walkthrough
We check structural stability, explain the safety rails and ladder positioning, and ensure you're fully satisfied before cleaning up packing materials and departing.
6. Ambassador Program (Optional)
Once you have a Lofty bed, you're eligible to join our Ambassador program. Share your referral link with students next semester to earn commissions on every order!
7. Change of Plans
Need to reschedule? No problem. You can change your date or window up to 48 hours before installation via your confirmation email link.
