Step-by-Step Installation Guide
Moving into college can be stressful. We've designed our service to be as painless as possible. Here is what happens after you book:
Place Your Order
Select your bed style, choose your date and time slot, and check out securely. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order details, delivery window, and instructions.
Pre-Installation Reminder
A few days before your scheduled move-in, we will send you a text and email reminder with contact details for your assigned installation crew.
How to Prepare Your Room
Ensure that the area where you want the loft set up is cleared. We require basic access to the bed space to set up the framing safely.
Installation Day (≈30 Minutes)
Our team will arrive at your residence hall door during your chosen 1-hour window. Our installers carry all tools needed, assemble the cedar frame, position the bed, and mount your mattress.
Post-Install Walkthrough
We check structural stability and ensure you're fully satisfied before cleaning up packing materials and departing.
Ambassador Program (Optional)
Once you have a Lofty bed, you're eligible to join our Ambassador program. Follow our socials, write a review on our website, and share your referral link with students next semester to earn commissions on every order! More info
Change of Plans
Need to reschedule? No problem. You can change your date or window up to 48 hours before installation via your confirmation email link.

What is the referral program?
After completing checkout, a one-time use referral code will be given to you via confirmation email. Tell a friend about us and give them your code at checkout. They will receive 10% off their loft and you will receive a 10% refund as well!
Do I have to disassemble the loft myself?
No! Just like we install for free, we also have an option for those who want a free uninstall of the loft and/or reassembly of the pollock bed frame. This is offered as a perk of our Ambassador Program (More info on Ambassadors in FAQ). Aside from the free uninstall perk, we offer a paid uninstall window with limited availability due to occurring during finals week. If neither option is arranged ahead of time, but you are in a pickle, just reach out to us we are here to help!
Additional Questions
Pollock bedframes are 12 in high metal frames with a main piece and 6 legs. As part of our free install, we disassemble the frame, placing the main piece directly on top of our loft, and giving you the nuts, bolts, and legs to keep in a safe spot until reassembly at the end of the year. This aligns with Pollock Housing's rule that furniture must not leave the room.
Yes, our Lofted bed frames are among the few housing-approved dorm furniture add-ons. The Lofts fit into every hall at pollock, engineered to the perfect height to maintain good balance between organizational space and proximity to the ceiling.
Please note that our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies each follow different timelines—so be sure to review the full Terms & Conditions in its sub-header under info in the top menu for complete details.
