When you make a booking, purchase a loft bed service, or submit an application on our Site, we collect personal information you provide, including:

- Dorm delivery address and room number
- Billing and transaction details (processed securely via Stripe)
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to coordinate, schedule, and complete the installation and delivery of loft beds to your room at Penn State University, to process payment securely, and to contact you with service updates.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your contact and booking data are shared only with our installation crews to facilitate delivery. Financial data is shared directly with Stripe (our payment gateway) and is never stored on our servers.
